- RC SIMULATIONS SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- We will endevour to dispatch small orders the same day subject to stock availability up-to 3.45pm
- Next Working Day Monday-Thursday by carrier, orders must arrive by 12am
- Saturday deliverys can be arranged via Special Delivery on smaill items, larger items like joysticks etc call Tel 01454 313002
- Delivery is charged per order and not per item.
- All orders will be acknowledged when they arrive and a shipping acknowlegment will also be issued when orders are shipped
- If goods do not arrive please advise within 14 days UK, 28 days Overseas
- If goods are damaged on receipt please advise immediately, on receipt or within seven working days, and a replacement will be sent if available, once we have received the goods back (See Refunds/Returns below)
- All goods are covered by manufacturers guarantees, and will be replaced or repaired .
- If goods received are found to be faulty a replacement will be sent, if not a return charge will apply
Y ou must send the goods back to our contact address [specify your address] at your own cost, unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective. In those cases we will bear the return cost.

- Available only to goods purchased from RC Simulations customers ONLY.
- Help can be provided but we do make a charge for this service, Consultancy can also be provided. "Call for pricing."

- manufacturers websites too for FAQ's as these are also a good source of help.
We are unable to keep track of installations, un-installations, removing or deleting downloadable software on customer’s PCs, there we do not issue refunds for downloadable products, and the Serial no or License key has been emailed or the software has been downloaded. (Please try Demo before purchase . However, if you have a problem with your software, please contact us, on 01454 315002 and we will try to help you resolve the issue. if the software does not work, be ensure that you will not be paying for something that you can’t use.
RETURNS & REFUNDS (BOXED/PHYSICAL GOODS)
If you have purchased directly from our E-Shop website then please write to or e-mail us and tell us why within 28 days of receipt. We will then provide you with A RMA and details of how you can return the product (at your cost) for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we do refund or exchange S/H or New products purchased else where
When this as been agreed, exchange or refund purchase, you will be issued with a RMA authorisation which must be quoted on the front of package,please include a copy invoice with item being returned. Please return the item to us promptly. We must receive the goods back within 14 days (UK residents) or 28 days (overseas residents) on your receipt of the RMA. If we receive goods back outside these time limits or without correct authorisation, we may not be able to process your refund or exchange.
When we have agreed to refund you, we will refturn your money within 28 days but normally much sooner but only on the receipt of the goods you are returning.We will provide a replacement or refund in the rare event that an item is faulty

- Data provided like Name, Address etc are only used for newsletters, and only to those who have registered for this service
